Mentavi Health has launched EverHealth Scribe, an ambient AI documentation tool designed to reduce administrative burden for mental health clinicians. The technology, powered by EverCommerce and integrated within DrChrono’s electronic health record platform, transcribes patient visits and generates structured draft notes for clinician review.
During internal testing, more than 30 licensed clinicians generated over 14,000 scribe-supported notes. An appointment-level analysis showed diagnosis-code capture at approximately 79.7% for scribe-supported appointments, compared with 25.5% for non-scribe appointments.
Clinicians retain full control over all documentation and clinical decisions. The tool does not train on patient data, and informed consent is obtained at intake and each visit. Mentavi provides evidence-based online mental health care across most US states.
