The four appointed board members are: Ariel MacTavish (independent member); Rajat Kapoor, MD MBA (representing the investors); Oscar Moralez (Founder and Managing Partner) and Eric Bier, MD (Partner and Chief Medical Officer), both representing Boomerang Ventures.
