Indianapolis-based venture studio and fund Boomerang Ventures is the lead investor in a $750,000 round of pre-seed funding for Omaha, Nebraska-based health-tech startup Impower Health Inc. Impower’s technology adds gait tracking capabilities to treadmills, allowing for lab-grade analysis in rehab clinics and gyms to help measure and improve mobility issues.

“Boomerang Ventures has provided the environment necessary to move beyond simple acceleration into deep market de-risking,” said Trent McCracken, CEO of IMPOWER HEALTH. “Their engagement has been instrumental in pressure-testing our commercialization strategy and refining our IP strategy for long-term OEM licensing. This operational partnership has allowed us to enter 2026 with a highly credible, execution-ready foundation.”
