As Controller and HR Lead for the Studio side of Boomerang Ventures and its portfolio companies, Todd provides financial structure setup, ongoing accounting support, and strategic planning for new Studio companies. He brings expertise across finance, accounting, operations, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions, both as a professional and as a principal in multiple transactions. A committed civic leader, he has served on numerous nonprofit and industry association boards, including a term as president of the Indianapolis Rotary Club.
Over a 40+ year career, Todd led small to medium-sized businesses across manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, and healthcare, holding CEO and executive leadership positions. He also spent time in investment banking as an associate and director with several regional boutique firms.
